Mouhit, by Zeid Hamdan
Adam and Alaa fled their hometown in Syria and are now living in Beirut,
Lebanon. As children refugees in exile, their lives are characterized
by things like child abuse, vagrancy, poverty, societal bullying, child
labor exploitation, and insecurity. But they have not forfeited their
childhood and have managed to hold on to their ability to love, to laugh
and to dream.
